Yovas - 1 Viewing Clouds and rain and storms begin here. The lightning protruding from the clouds aren't near as dangerous as some of the inhabitants. A black panther with bolt-like stripes (colored yellow, shaped like lightning) resides here, protecting all that is sacred in Yovas.
