Vayne walked through the forest, looking at the many variables of nature. He watched as leaves began to fall and vines grew. He watched the many colored birds flap their wings gracefully. He sat down, still looking at the beauties of this wonderful Region. He knew he was out of element, but he couldn't help but be cheerful. His faith for Hyma, the water goddess, was dwindling. But, he wanted nothing more than to live here and worship the earth goddess...

Arwen was waching Vayne from near by, she is a small tree, she can't understand how some people just sit in the beutiy, and not be part of it. So she deceded that she would take her human form and go ask Vayne this very question.

Vayne watched as he felt the presence of another. He eyed a beautiful brown eyed girl coming his way. "Hello." He said, looking as she neared him. The sun came out of a dark cloud and began to shine most immensely.

"A beautiful lady such as yourself shouldn't ask." Vayne said, patting down a patch of grass right beside him. "C'mon...I won't bite, I promise." He said, smiling broadly. "Now, what is a elegant creature such as yourself doing out here?"

I love to wonder the area, she said and she sat down. What are you doing out here, I have never seen you here before.

"I'm not from around here. I am actually from KuniMagwa. But, I love nature's way here and all its beauties." He said, smiling broadly.

Smiling back at him, and said, I know what you mean. I love it here also... But I have a question for you.

"Okay, shoot." He said. "Well, not if you have a weapon, but you know what I mean." He said, looking her over.

Looking back at him she asked, why do you not become part of what you see?

"Because, I am not a shapeshifter." He said plainly. "I am an elemental mage. I manipulate what nature allows me to." He finished.

She was taken aback. She had never meet an elemental mage before let alone a mage. She looked at him with a smile.

"I'm sorry...did I say something?" He saw her fear of reaction. "Hmm..." He watched as she smiled weakly towards him. As he saw a puddle of water near him, he decided to demonstrate. He dried out the water from the puddle, feeling it appear in the palm of his hands. He moved his hands around an invisible barrier, watching as water filled that barrier. "See, I manipulate water..." He said, flinging the newly formed elemental ball at a nearby tree. "And like that, it is gone."

He watched at the look of utter amazement crept upon her face. He smiled, getting satisfaction from someone actually liking his gift. He didn't find it so amazing, but he was glad someone else did. "Well, are you going to say something?" He asked as the long drawn out silence was finally put out of its misery.
